Here's what we will be covering:
Cardiology - Cardiac collapse
Richard will review causes of collapse due to cardiac disease. Richard will use case examples, including how to differentiate between syncope, seizures and episodic weakness.
Emergency - Haemabdomen
A common emergency is the collapsed patient. We will briefly touch on the basics of stabilisation, including fluid therapy, then the quick and easy tools you can use to assess the cause of collapse. We will focus on haemabdomen - how to work out what is happening, what you can do and what to tell the client.
