Cardiology

The Southern Animal Referral Centre houses one of the few veterinary cardiology referral services in Australia. Specialist veterinary cardiologist Dr Richard Woolley provides a full cardiology service from the Centre.

Richard completed his residency at the University of Edinburgh and has special interests in the areas of advanced echocardiography, pimobendan in mitral valve disease, aortic stenosis and pacemaker implantation. Richard is a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Companion Animal).
