Regional Cardiology Roadshow Announced

Cardiologist Richard Woolley's second regional veterinary roadshow has been announced. The tour will visit major Victorian regional centres and is likely to include a major Melbourne venue. The tour will be held in either September or October. Stay tuned for dates in your area. More

Emergency Service Now 24 hours

The Southern Animal Emergency Centre is proud to announce the commencement of a dedicated 24 hour emergency and critical care service. For some time now veterinary staff have been present at all times of the day but have had their duties shared between more than one department. We are pleased to inform referring vets that a dedicated emergency veterinarian will now be available to accept cases during the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, as well during traditional out-of-hours times. GE Dash Range Patient Monitors Installed

The Southern Animal Emergency Centre has recently completed the installation and testing of a range of new patient care monitors to upgrade its emergency and critical care patient monitoring capabilities. These monitors are the same as those installed in some large human ICUs across Australia and offer an extremely comprehensive range of patient monitoring parameters. More
